Waterlanders: crying is still taboo
Let yourself be carried away by the emotion of people really crying. Galerie Christian Ouwens is exhibiting life-size photographs by Flemish photographer Bart Heynen. In 2011 Heynen began the Waterlanders section on the last page of De Standaard magazine with photos of famous Flemish people crying. The photos show the deepest sorrow. Also available in book form.
