Chemo Bar
Bar and distillery in one: take a seat in Erik Hobijn�s rotating Chemo Bar while tubes and vials heat, distil and collect alcohol overhead. Hobijn makes and serves the most amazing cocktails. Making its debut this evening is Hobijn�s Olfactory White, a cocktail based on the scientific discovery that the same is true of smell as of light: when you mix all the colours of light, you don�t get a new, mixed colour, but just plain white. Take a sip of Olfactory White and you will experience the same phenomenon in terms of taste. Hobijn achieved his �living legend� status in the nineties with controversial machines, such as a machine that literally (!) set visitors on fire.
